Shipping Policy

Typically once your order is placed and payment is completed orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed over the weekend and holidays are processed the next business day. During holidays there may be a delay in shipping time.

After your order is shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. Once your order is shipped Platinum Plus N Shoes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If  a package is lost, stolen, or damaged by USPS, a claim must be filed with USPS to receive a refund. Thanks for shopping.
